Smith Physical Therapy+ Marks 10 Years of Helping the Community Move Better

Anniversary celebration to bring together local businesses and residents for a Multi-Chamber Mixer event.

Crystal Lake, IL – Smith Physical Therapy+ is proud to celebrate 10 years of serving Crystal Lake and the surrounding communities! To mark this special occasion, the team is hosting a 10th Anniversary Multi-Chamber Mixer in partnership with the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce and the Cary-Grove Chamber of Commerce.

The celebration will take place on Wednesday, November 5th from 5:00–7:00pm at Smith Physical Therapy+, 110 W Woodstock St, Unit A, Crystal Lake. We invite the community to join us for an evening of celebration and connection with local businesses, friends, and the Smith Physical Therapy+ team.

“This milestone really belongs to our patients, partners, and the entire community,” said Denise Smith, Owner and Physical Therapist at Smith Physical Therapy+. “We started with a simple goal to help people move better and feel stronger, and we’ve been so fortunate to grow alongside this incredible community over the past decade.”

Since opening in 2015, Smith Physical Therapy+ has focused on individualized care, patient education, and programs that promote lifelong health and movement. The clinic has grown to include specialized services including a running academy, balance and concussion center, aquatic center and a dance medicine program,  as well as the offering of community classes designed to promote lifelong fitness. All are welcome to join the celebration.
