Ribbon Cutting for Bella's Wood Fire Pizzeria in Algonquin
[ALGONQUIN, IL, September 28, 2023] — The Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce recently hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for Bella's Wood Fire Pizzeria, 123 S. Main St. in Algonquin.
Bella's Wood Fire Pizzeria is the creation of Brittany and Tony Colatori and their partner Jose Moreno. The Colatori’s are
the owners behind the highly successful Cucina Bella restaurant, also located in Algonquin. Jose Moreno has been working with Tony for over 20 years in the industry. With a shared passion for authentic Italian cuisine, Brittany, Tony, and Jose have brought a taste of Italy to the area, drawing inspiration from Tony's family roots in Sannicandro, Italy.
Cucina Bella, located at 220 S. Main St. in Algonquin, has been a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike.
