Mercyhealth to hold Memory and Dementia Caregiver Meetup

CRYSTAL LAKE, Illinois—Mercyhealth will hold a Memory and Dementia Caregiver Meetup on
Wednesday, August 27, 5:30 pm, at Mercyhealth Hospital and Physician Clinic–Crystal Lake, 875 S.
Route 31.

Dr. Amarish Davé, Medical Director of the Mercyhealth Memory and Dementia Clinic, will lead a
discussion for individuals who are caring for someone with dementia. Attendees will:

• Learn about advanced directives
• Learn about dementia updates

Dr. Davé is a neurologist who focuses much of his practice on Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
There is no cost to attend. The caregiver meetup is open to the public, including family members
