Job Title: Material Handler / General Labor
City and State: Cary, IL
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Schedule/Shift: 8am-430pm
Employment Type: Temporary
Summary:
Support manufacturing operations by moving, organizing, and staging materials within a production environment that produces specialized doors and frames for healthcare and office settings.
Responsibilities:
- Move and stack materials to designated areas within the shop
- Pick up, transport, and position materials as needed for production
- Assist with general shop duties to maintain workflow efficiency
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures when handling materials and equipment
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move materials regularly
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Dependable with strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
