Zephyrs Middle School Running Club

Smith Physical Therapy+ is excited to bring back Zephyrs Middle School Running Club again this summer!

Beginning June 9th, Zephyrs meets Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays throughout the summer at varying locations around Crystal Lake. Camp will run from June 9th, 2025 – August 8th, 2025.

• Mondays: 7:30am-9am @ Lippold Park

• Wednesdays: 7:30am-9am @ Lundahl Park

• Fridays: 7:30am-9am @ Veteran Acres

Zephyrs is open to ALL athletes entering 6th-8th grades, not just distance cross country runners. The program dives into running as a whole. Throughout the 9 weeks, education will be provided on: speed work, strength, technique, teamwork, pacing, volume building, nutrition, sleep, and everything else that running can offer a young athlete.
