This month’s topic is: Building Your Attorney/Client Relationship
Think about the most rewarding relationships in your life: most of them have been cultivated for years, but many of us don't think about attorneys until we have an immediate need for representation. Taking the initiative to develop this important relationship now can provide you with an immediate resource for counsel and significantly reduce stress from your personal and business life.
Carl Metz is an attorney with almost 25 years’ experience. He graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in Economics, and from Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Wisconsin and has appeared in courts in numerous other states. After practicing law in Chicago for 17 years, he has moved his practice back to Crystal Lake in 2016 where he first started. His clients’ matters take him all over northern Illinois and Wisconsin. Carl Metz' practice areas include corporate and construction law, mechanics/construction liens, bond claims, partnership and business disputes, commercial litigation and catastrophic loss litigation including subrogation, OSHA disputes, will and trust disputes, trade secrets, insurance law and insurance defense. Carl works with his clients to develop internal processes to manage their risks and protect their rights.Tell a Friend
