Description
About the presenter, Dr. Brandon White:Dr. Brandon White is currently the Superintendent of Cary Community Consolidated School District #26. He is a graduate of Purdue University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Throughout his career, Brandon has gained extensive leadership experience, serving as a teacher, instructional coach, district curriculum facilitator, assistant principal, principal, and principal supervisor before assuming his current role.
Dr. White is deeply committed to community involvement and has contributed his expertise to several boards and organizations. He is a past member of the Mayor’s Council for Diversity and Erin’s House for Grieving Children Central City Advisory Board and is currently an active member of the Cary-Grove Area Chamber of Commerce Board. Professionally, he is a member of Learning Forward, ASCD, and both the Illinois and American Associations of School Superintendents.
As a leader in education, Dr. White has developed a unique perspective on leadership and organizational coherence. His experience in managing teams, driving systemic change, and fostering collaboration makes him uniquely qualified to lead the first STRIVE session, Coherence Through Leadership. This session will draw upon his extensive background in aligning vision, values, and practices to create strong, effective organizations, providing business owners with actionable strategies to lead with purpose and clarity.
